You can catch the following types of fish in Lake Constance: eel, bass, pike, carp, tench and pikeperch. You can purchase temporary fishing permits in Lindau (annual fishing permit required).

It’s true – you can actually windsurf in Lindau! The Kreitmeier windsurfing school, located on the Eichwald lido, rents out surfboards and has a Mistral training and test centre. It also offers taster courses and rafting trips.
